Jerky Smoked Eye of Round with Midnight Kick Spices!

Smoked Eye Round Jerky Recipe Ingredients:
-1 eye round roast trimmed (3 lbs)
-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
-2-4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
-4 tablespoons of midnight kick
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup beef broth
-4 tablespoons of local honey Instructions:
1. Slice the eye round roast into thin strips using a sharp knife or a jerky slicer.
2. Place the slices in a large bowl and add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, midnight kick, beef broth, honey, brown sugar, and sugar (if using). Gently mix until the strips are evenly coated.
3. Let sit in the fridge for 24 hours
 4.Place the strips on the smoker racks and smoke at 180-200°F for 2-3 hours, or until the jerky is dry and firm. Should crack when bent over, but not break!
5. Allow the jerky to cool before consuming. Enjoy!
