Smoked Fall Pizza Vibes 🍕🔥 Butternut squash, garlic Alfredo, and a balsamic finish – who’s craving this twist? #rightwaybbq #dalstrong @dalstrong @greenmountaingrills


Ingredients

- 1 Boboli pizza crust
- 1 cup garlic Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup butternut squash, cubed
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1-2 tbsp Right Way BBQ Ultimate Steak Rub
- 1/2 cup mini sweet peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Directions

1. Smoker or Oven to 450°F. In a mixing bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with avocado oil and Ultimate Steak Rub. Spread the seasoned butternut squash and chopped mini sweet peppers on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until the squash is tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

2. Smoker to 550°F with pizza stone for at least 30 minutes before cooking with th pizza on it.

3. Spread the garlic Alfredo sauce evenly over the Boboli crust. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan cheese over the sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted butternut squash, sweet peppers, red onion, chopped fresh sage, and cooked chicken. Evenly spread this mixture over the cheese layer on the pizza. Add the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top of the toppings.

4. Carefully place the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone in the smoker. Cook at 550°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Remove the pizza from the smoker and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Slice and serve hot.
