- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- Right Way BBQ Ultimate Pork BBQ Rub
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, sliced into thin pats
- 1/4 cup of honey
- Butcher paper
Instructions:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Remove the membrane from the back of each rack of ribs.
- Generously coat each rack of ribs with the Right Way BBQ Ultimate Pork BBQ Rub, making sure to cover the entire surface of the ribs.
- Place the racks of ribs in your smoker and let them smoke for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker and place each rack on a piece of butcher paper. Drizzle honey over the top of each rack, then add a few slices of butter.
- Wrap the ribs tightly with the butcher paper, making sure to seal the edges well.
- Place the wrapped ribs back in the smoker and let them smoke for an additional 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F.
- Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
